Your Safety App Your Way

Our self-service home screen gives you the power to quickly and easily make changes to your deployed app. You can add, remove, reorder, or correct cards, and deliver an update as soon as the home screen is opened again.

Organizations can customize their own home screens with a simple drag-and-drop interface. They can make changes in real-time for users, enabling admins to use the home screen for critical communications during fast-moving events.

LiveSafe's powerful National Language Processing capability can understand and guide your users through the tip submission process.

User Enters Their Tip

The user can then enter up to 2000 characters of text, including emoji! They can add as many images & videos as they want, either by attaching them from their device gallery or taking them anew.

Chatbot Interprets

The user’s initial message is sent through our Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithm, called the Classifier. The Classifier then uses confidence levels to determine what labels to show, and will display three to six of them, in descending order of confidence.

Chatbot Confirms & Routes

Chatbot confirms the label choices, and presents the user with all their info for final review before routing them to the correct place for help.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Core system data is encrypted at rest (AES-256). High speed and row-level encryption protects personal data, including first and last names, email addresses, and phone numbers. Customer-specific keys are managed via Amazon KMS.

Real-Time Location

Location updated at least every 50 meters in standby mode and every 10-15 seconds in active (emergency) mode.
