Webhooks

Webhooks connect the employee-sourced intelligence with internal applications such as case management or employee travel systems. Webhooks can also connect to other Personal Security Information Management (PSIM) systems (e.g. SureView) so that new information or updates are flagged in the Command and Communications Dashboard.

 
 

User Management

This seamless integration attribute of the LiveSafe Solution extends to back-end systems for identity management.

The LiveSafe System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) is a path to automating full synchronization of employee data between a company’s internal systems and the LiveSafe Platform.

Where implementing LiveSafe SCIM is not an option, LiveSafe Automated User Management via batch offers an easy way to add, remove, or update user profile data with a simple .CSV file via secure FTP (SFTP). Automated batch updates ensure user information stays current with the evolution of the business.

For clients that use Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), the LiveSafe Workday Receiver product automatically imports employee contact information directly from Workday HCM. This delivers full workforce coverage, and automatically syncs and ​updates​ employees as they join and leave the organization.
