ARLINGTON, Va., –(PRNewswire)– LiveSafe, Inc., the world’s leading mobile safety communications platform, has received $5.25 million in Series B venture financing from an affiliated entity of FedEx Corp. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Frederick W. Smith.
Smith will also become a member of LiveSafe’s board of directors, helping guide the company on its fast-rising path to success.
