Summary Description of the Services (COVID-19 Safety Resources App)

The COVID-19 Safety Resources App is a limited version of the industry-leading safety and communications platform.  The software platform consists of a mobile app and a web-based Dashboard.  The customer agrees that this limited edition will be used strictly for addressing COVID-19 matters.  COVID-19 Safety Resources App is offered free of charge through December 31st, 2020.  The COVID-19 Safety Resources App features are as follows:  

  1. Tip Reporting. Enables Authorized Users to send GPS-tagged COVID-19 tips to the Dashboard, including the option to add audio, video, and image files, and then engage in real-time online chat with the Dashboard safety officials.
  2. Emergency Communication. Enables Authorized Users to call 911 and Authorized Dashboard Admins may view the Authorized User’s profile info and real-time location tracking info on a map.
  3. Broadcast Messaging. Enables safety officials to send COVID-19 messages to Authorized Users, or groups of Authorized Users, via text, email, and device push notifications.
  4. Broadcast Messaging Receipt. Enables receipt of COVID-19 messages sent by safety officials via text, email, and device push notifications.
  5. Real-time Location Tracking. Authorized Users to send their real-time location tracking info to their contacts, engage in real-time online chat with them, and then quickly call 911 and safety officials in case of emergency.
  6. Organization Info. Authorized Users can see Dashboard-added screens that contain  COVID-19 safety, emergency management, and organizational information.
  7. Usage & Stats. See Stats function on the Dashboard for App usage and tip contents.
  8. Comprehensive User Manual. Available both online with Stats function on the Dashboard and offline.

Mobile App for Authorized Users:

  1. Tip Reporting
    • Submit COVID-19 questions, add text description, and GPS location
    • Option to attach audio, upload video, and image files
    • Report anonymously (Optional)
    • Real-time, 2-way chat with COVID-19 coordination or response team
  2. Emergency Communication
    • User can call 911
    • The Dashboard receives an event that may include:
      • GPS location
      • User profile information
  3. Broadcast Messaging Receipt
    • Messages sent from COVID-19 coordination or response team via email
    • Messages sent from COVID-19 coordination or response team via SMS
    • Messages sent from COVID-19 coordination or response team via device push notifications
  4. User-to-User Communication for SafeWalk
    • Users can add any of their friends, family, etc. as a contact
    • Contacts can view the Authorized User location on a map in the App
    • Authorized Users can chat with their contacts while the location is being shared
    • Authorized Users can escalate at any time to the Emergency Communications (outlined section 2)
  5. Access CDC COVID-19 Guidance Info
    • Users of the App can see links to CDC website

Web-based Dashboard:

  1. Tip/Incident Management
    • Authorized User-submitted COVID-19 Tips
    • Dashboard notifications when a new tip is received are visual, audible, and optional email message
    • Tip status workflow
    • Flagging of important tips
    • Internal-only Notes field
    • Publish to App map
    • Forward via email
    • Available history of tip report changes done by Dashboard admins
  2. Emergency Response
    • User can call 911
      • Dashboard operator can engage in a real-time, in-App chat
      • The Dashboard operator receive an event that may include:
        • GPS location
        • Profile information
        • Tip history
        • Emergency contacts
        • Notes field
  3. Broadcast Messaging for COVID-19 Information
    1. Only send COVID-19 related messages to all App users via Email, Text/SMS, and/or Push notification
    2. Save predefined COVID-19 message templates
