Carolyn is a leader in building digital and mobile communications data solution organizations, with more than 20 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, sales leader, and team builder for small, mid-cap, and Fortune 500 private and public companies. She is directing the mobile safety communications firm’s expansion into corporate enterprise security – serving many industries including global media corporations, sports and entertainment venues as well as healthcare facilities.
William T. Mays, Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of taxation, business organizations, estate planning and business and commercial law transactions. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities law.
