Having earned an MBA from the Wharton School, Jeff went on to co-found PayMyBills which sold for $67 million. He co-founded buySAFE and raised over $30 million in venture capital. Jeff brings his tremendous experience to LiveSafe where he serves as the company’s Chairman, providing strategic and operational guidance to the team. Jeff is inspired by the opportunity to blend new technology with a powerful vision of creating safer communities.
Shy brings over a decade of experience in the technology and start-up space, previously at buySAFE, and more recently KidSafe. His goal is to ensure that every person has access to tools that increase safety and create peace of mind.

Carolyn is a leader in building digital and mobile communications data solution organizations, with more than 20 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, sales leader, and team builder for small, mid-cap, and Fortune 500 private and public companies. She is directing the mobile safety communications firm’s expansion into corporate enterprise security – serving many industries including global media corporations, sports and entertainment venues as well as healthcare facilities.

Mr. Smith is responsible for providing strategic direction for all FedEx Corp. operating companies, including FedEx Services, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Freight. Since founding FedEx in 1971, he has been an active proponent of regulatory reform, free trade, and “open skies agreements” for aviation around the world. Most recently, he has advocated for vehicle energy-efficiency standards and a national energy policy.
